Innov·arq is an architecture studio in Altea, comprised of young architects with extensive experience in the world of architecture, gained through 17 years of collaboration with the renowned architect Carlos Gilardi.
Led by Jaume Cortés and Rafa Cano, Innov·arq presents designs characterized by clean and understated lines, reflecting a modern style that emphasizes meticulous attention to materiality and a rigorous balance between aesthetics and functionality.

ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
The majority of our projects fall within the realm of residential architecture, including both single-family and multi-family housing. However, our studio has also undertaken numerous projects in the industrial, cultural, sports, and commercial sectors.
Furthermore, we specialize in new construction but have completed numerous renovation and rehabilitation projects as well.

At our architecture studio, we place great importance on the entire process, from the initial contact to the project’s completion, providing attentive and service-oriented support from day one to the last.
Innov·arq Architects offer realistic renderings, creating 3D images that enhance the project’s understanding and bring the building closer to the user. Light, materials, and environments play a crucial role in the complete comprehension of the project, and having access to state-of-the-art 3D modeling tools provides a significant advantage.
