Almare is a vacation residential building consisting of 68 units divided into 3 different typologies: 17 exclusive 3-bedroom units with frontal sea views, direct access to the beach through private gardens, and a private pool; 34 3-bedroom units with frontal sea views located on the 2nd and 3rd floors; and 17 duplex units with 4 bedrooms and a double-height living-dining room, creating a unique space.

The complex features 2 pools, a private gym, physiotherapy and massage cabin, and a multipurpose room for events and meetings.

A notable aspect of the project is the triangular cantilever of the main facade, created in situ, which gives the building character and a special uniqueness. It also provides the necessary privacy between the terraces of the different floors.
