In an idyllic setting, atop one of the most complex plots on Maryvilla mountain in the municipality of Calpe, Atlantis is envisioned.

Atlantis is a single-family home, comprised of two annexed buildings connected by a vertical communication core.

The main residence is located at the highest point of the plot and consists of two levels – the lower level for the daytime area and the upper level for the nighttime area, comprising three en-suite bedrooms.

On the lower level, near the entrance, the secondary building is planned, consisting of an open-plan apartment with an en-suite bedroom.

A notable feature of the project is its materiality, with very light volumes made from materials that give the appearance of heaviness, such as concrete and stone.
