Sa Talaia is a single-family home located in Sant Josep, on the island of Ibiza, on a mountainous plot of 53,000 m2 surrounded by pine trees throughout its expanse.

The residence is developed on two floors: a basement for the garage and gym; and a ground floor for the living space, which includes five bedrooms, each with its respective ensuite bathroom. In the outdoor area, various platforms are arranged with a large pool, connected through a channel to the interior of the house.

The project harmonizes tradition and modernity in its construction, incorporating the materiality of traditional Ibiza “casa pagesa” along with the technology that contemporary times offer.
