Codice is a single-family home located in the Sierra de Altea, on a plot with a significant slope.
The house has one of its facades completely embedded in the terrain, leading to a project that is entirely open to the south, with its main rooms overlooking the Mediterranean.

Solar control is achieved through the two most distinctive elements of the project—two large cantilevers that intersect and mark the main entrance of the residence.

On the upper floor, one of the two bedrooms is located, along with a large solarium that allows for the use of the roof space.

With a very Mediterranean and pure materiality, Codice constitutes a magnificent villa in a fantastic setting.
