Dalia is the complete renovation of a house located in Cumbre del Sol, in Benitachell (Alicante), conceived to strengthen the direct relationship with the Mediterranean landscape and take advantage of open, privileged sea views. The intervention transforms the original dwelling through a serene and luminous architecture in which formal simplicity and the warmth of the materials define a contemporary atmosphere with Mediterranean roots.

The project completely reorganizes the interior layout to generate more fluid and connected spaces, encouraging visual continuity between rooms and reinforcing the opening toward the exterior. New joinery, enlarged openings, and the incorporation of curved architectural elements frame the landscape and draw natural light into the interior, turning the sea views into the house’s main feature.

The material palette is neutral and timeless, with continuous finishes, light tones, and natural textures that bring calm and coherence to the whole. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms are designed under the same language, combining clean lines, indirect lighting, and integrated solutions that reinforce the feeling of order and spaciousness.

The renovation seeks to recover the Mediterranean character of the house through a current interpretation in which architecture is understood as a support for light, landscape, and everyday life, resulting in a balanced, welcoming home that is deeply linked to its surroundings.
