Ivory, located in the Santa Clara residential area in Callosa d’En Sarrià, is a Mediterranean-style home that blends rustic and contemporary elements.

It consists of three bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor, and the main bedroom on the first floor, with access to a spacious terrace where the jacuzzi is located.

Outside, a large overhang functioning as a pergola, covered with natural wooden beams, shapes the home’s main terrace.

Its infinity pool stands out, visually merging with the sea’s horizon line.
