La Joya is an exclusive newly built detached house located in La Manga, conceived as a contemporary retreat where spaciousness, privacy and sophistication are integrated within a privileged setting. Set on an extensive plot that even includes a tennis court, the house is designed as a balanced composition of volumes that combine Mediterranean tradition with a contemporary architectural expression.
The formal composition is articulated through a clean-lined architecture, with pitched roofs and pronounced eaves, reinterpreting vernacular elements from a contemporary perspective. White planes, dark joinery and large glazed surfaces create an elegant and timeless image, while vegetation integrated into terraces and planters softens the volumetry and reinforces the connection with the landscape.
The house, distributed over two levels, accommodates six bedrooms and spacious day areas conceived as open and fluid spaces. On the ground floor, large windows allow full continuity between interior and exterior, extending the living room towards porches and landscaped relaxation areas. These intermediate, sheltered and shaded spaces become the true heart of the house, encouraging a way of living closely linked to the climate and outdoor enjoyment.
The upper floor is organised through private terraces and balconies that provide independence to the bedrooms, while allowing open views over the plot. Hinged shutters introduce a dynamic element to the façade, providing solar control, privacy and a distinctive architectural language.
La Joya is presented as a high-end residence, where architecture, landscape and programme come together to offer a comfortable, elegant and deeply Mediterranean living experience.
