The P11 residence is a single-family house that is part of the same residential complex Las Acacias in the prestigious La Manga Club Urbanization in Cartagena, just like the initial project of the complex (P13, P14, and P21).

The distribution of the house is organized around a spacious area that integrates the living-dining-kitchen, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The design of the residence has been oriented to provide a fresh and bright atmosphere throughout the year, thanks to the use of large windows and a careful selection of materials and finishes.

It is important to highlight that the residence is in a privileged location within the urbanization, surrounded by green areas and very close to the sports, social, and leisure facilities of La Manga Club.
