P12 is a single-family residence that is part of the residential complex Las Acacias, located in the prestigious La Manga Club Urbanization in Cartagena.

Following the guidelines set by the initial projects of the complex (P13, P14, and P21), this new project for plot 12 of the Las Acacias development is born.

P28 is developed on three floors. The basement is designated for parking and facilities. The ground floor, with pedestrian access, features a large living-dining-kitchen space and a guest toilet. On the upper floor, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all en-suite, are arranged.

The project’s concept is to take advantage of the northern views and southern sunlight. All the residences, through their layout, aim to open their main spaces to the north to enjoy the fantastic panoramic view of the valley while not sacrificing the light and sun provided by the southern orientation, where the pool and main terrace are located.
