P13 is a single-family residence that is part of the residential complex Las Acacias, located in the prestigious La Manga Club Urbanization in Cartagena.

The project, along with two other residences (P14 and P21), is intended to give a new direction to the urbanization and establish a new architectural style, which will colonize and spread across the many plots of single-family homes within Las Acacias.

The three residences share the same architectural language and project idea, but they respond to different functional programs:

P13 is developed on a single floor and features a spacious living-dining area that coexists with the kitchen, a master bedroom with its own dressing room and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom, and another general bathroom for the residence.

The project concept is to take advantage of the northern views and southern sunlight. All the residences, through their layout, aim to open their main spaces to the north to enjoy the fantastic panoramic view of the valley while not sacrificing the light and sun provided by the southern orientation, where the pool and main terrace are located.
