P18 is a single-family home that is part of the Las Acacias residential complex, located in the prestigious La Manga Club urbanization in Cartagena.

Following the guidelines set by the initial projects of the complex (P13, P14, and P21), this new project for plot 18 in the Las Acacias urbanization was developed.

P18 is spread over two floors. The ground floor, which is pedestrian-accessible, includes: a large living-dining-kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. The upper floor houses the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and dressing room.

The concept of the project is to take advantage of the views to the north and the sun from the south. All the houses, with their layout, aim to open their main rooms to the north to enjoy the fantastic panoramic view of the valley, without giving up the light and sun provided by the south orientation, where the pool and main terrace are located.
