P21 is a single-family home that is part of the Las Acacias residential complex, located in the prestigious La Manga Club urbanization in Cartagena.

The project was initiated alongside two other homes (P13 and P14) with the intention of transforming the urbanization and introducing a new architectural style, which would then spread across the numerous single-family home plots within Las Acacias.

The three homes share a common architectural language and project idea, yet they cater to different functional programs:

P21 is developed over three floors. The basement is designated for the garage and facilities. The ground floor, which is pedestrian-accessible, includes: a large living-dining-kitchen area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper floor houses three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite for the master bedroom.

The project’s concept is to take advantage of the views to the north and the sun from the south. All the houses, with their layout, aim to open their main rooms to the north to enjoy the fantastic panoramic view of the valley, without giving up the light and sun provided by the south orientation, where the pool and main terrace are located.
