L’Encant is a residence located atop Maryvilla in Calpe, a blend of the most contemporary and rustic Mediterranean styles, incorporating details like wooden pergolas.

The project’s highlight is the enormous pool, spanning over one hundred twenty square meters, with a sinuous shape to adapt to the complex geometry of the plot.

The main floor consists of a spacious area for the kitchen, dining with a panoramic view, and the living room. Inside, a linear staircase connects to the lower floor, designated for the sleeping area.
