Marfil Apartment is located on the seafront in Altea, in a privileged setting open to the Mediterranean Sea. The project is conceived as a full renovation whose main objective is to redefine the interior spaces in order to enhance natural light and strengthen the visual relationship with the exterior, creating a serene, luminous, and contemporary home.

The intervention is based on a fluid and continuous layout in which the daytime area is conceived as a single space integrating the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Curved forms and soft transitions between surfaces create a feeling of calm and naturalness, while the use of light tones and warm materials such as wood and stone generates a balanced and timeless atmosphere.

The kitchen, designed as the central piece of the space, combines functionality and aesthetics through clean volumes and carefully considered details, becoming a leading element while remaining in harmony with the whole. In the bathrooms, the choice of neutral textures and warm-finish fittings reinforces the home’s elegant and peaceful character, aiming for a feeling of comfort close to that of a wellness space.

Marfil is a project that embraces simplicity, light, and spatial continuity, where every decision is aimed at creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere in constant dialogue with Altea’s maritime landscape.
