Niu is a single-family home located in a well-known urbanization in the municipality of Calpe, in Alicante.

Situated on a flat but irregularly shaped plot, the house is designed to maximize the use of the available land while orienting all its main rooms towards the east, to enjoy the views offered by the Mediterranean Sea.

The communication between the interior and exterior is of utmost importance, hence the pergola and the pool are an extension of the large living-dining-kitchen area.

The house is spread over two floors and consists of an entrance hall that divides the night area: two bedrooms and a bathroom; from the day area formed by a large living-dining-kitchen space.

On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom, with a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom, as well as two large terraces, one private to the bedroom and another common, which offer the best views of the house.
