Noss is a full renovation project for two apartments located on the second line of Altea, conceived through a minimalist and essential aesthetic inspired by traditional Mediterranean architecture and the formal purity characteristic of Ibiza style. The intervention seeks to recover simplicity as its main value, removing superfluous elements in order to create calm, luminous, and timeless spaces.

The project is based on a highly restrained material palette in which continuous finishes in warm tones, natural textures, and wood predominate, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. Junctions are resolved softly through rounded edges, integrated niches, and clean planes that bring a feeling of calm and uniformity throughout the home.

The layout is organized in an open manner, encouraging continuity between the different rooms and maximizing the entry of natural light. The daytime areas are conceived as open and flexible spaces, while the bedrooms maintain a more intimate character, always within a highly restrained formal language. Indirect lighting integrated into ceilings and headboards reinforces the perception of spatial purity and creates a warm, relaxed atmosphere.

In both apartments, the design is committed to honest materials and a quiet architecture in which every element has a clear purpose. Noss is an exercise in synthesis and balance that reinterprets the Mediterranean spirit through a contemporary lens, resulting in two sober, luminous homes deeply connected to the character of Altea.
