Olive Villa is a single-family home located in a well-known urbanization in Altea, on a large plot colonized by a vast olive plantation.

The house features a composition of three very distinct volumes that overhang the existing masonry edge, alternating between sloped and flat roofs. This, combined with a delicate treatment of materials, enhances the architecture’s value in its setting, highlighting the building and allowing for the enjoyment of the location where it is situated.

The house is developed on a single floor and consists of an entrance hall that divides the night area: three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite); from the day area formed by a large living-dining-kitchen space. Adjacent to this space is a large covered porch that articulates the outdoor area and is directly connected to the pool.
