Orian is located in Calpe, on a flat plot away from the urban center of the city.

The house is organized on two floors. On the ground floor is the daytime area, articulated by the central core of vertical communication (staircase and elevator), which separates the daytime area, consisting of a large living-dining-kitchen space, from the more private area, where we find a bedroom, bathroom, and storage room.

On the upper floor, there are two enormous bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms and two private terraces.
The house stands out for its pure volumes and Mediterranean materiality.
