Palm Villa is a single-family home located in Altea, on an urban plot in the Sierra area.

The project was developed with two imposed conditions: to maintain the pine trees on the plot and to allow sea views for the house behind it.

Thus, the house is designed over three floors: a basement for the garage and gym; the ground floor, dedicated to the daytime area (living-dining-kitchen) and the secondary bedrooms of the house; and a second floor that contains the master bedroom, with a large bathroom and dressing room.

In the outdoor area, various landscaped platforms are formed, on which a large infinity pool is located at the front.
