Detached House in Altea

Architect:
INNOV·ARQ
Location:
Altea, (Alicante)
Project year:
2022

This stunning home is located in the urban center of Altea. Its pentagonal-shaped facade gives it a unique and distinctive character.

The house perfectly combines contemporary architecture with traditional Mediterranean elements. The front and back facades are clad in large-format porcelain stoneware plates, imitating corten steel, creating a contrast between light and warm tones.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by spacious open areas with great brightness, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows facing east.
It has four bedrooms, three of them on the first floor. The spacious daytime area is located on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden, where there is an impressive pool surrounded by lush vegetation.

The basement houses a parking area, as well as a gym and spa area.

The project is the perfect combination of comfort, style, and elegance.
