Pop is a single-family home located in Altea, on one of the highest plots in the prestigious Altea Hills urbanization.

The plot offers views towards the Bay of Altea, Serra Gelada, and Benidorm, making the location unique.

The house has three floors:
In the basement, there is parking and a gym, illuminated through windows placed inside the pool.

On the main floor, the entrance is visually connected to the outdoor fountain, and with a large living-dining-kitchen space that occupies the floor and leads to the outdoor terrace area, where the infinity pool is located.

At the rear of the house, there is an internal staircase leading to the basement and first floor. The staircase is constructed with wooden steps screwed to a concrete screen via a metal substructure, making them appear to float.

On the first floor, the highest level, is the night area, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite, and a lounge-library.

Two overhangs, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor, break the orthogonality of the distribution and give uniqueness to the house, creating covered areas on the terraces where one can enjoy the sun and the wonderful views offered by the Mediterranean.
