The Aurea house is presented as an architectural piece of clean lines and balanced proportions, where brightness and minimalist elegance define every detail. Its design is structured around a vertical axis clad in veined natural stone, which organises the composition and gives character and distinction to the main façade.

The project embraces a clean architecture of strong volumes and open horizons, where white tones and noble materials are combined with the transparency of glass to enhance the continuity between interior and exterior. The spaces open onto a large terrace with a pool, conceived as a natural extension of the day area, creating an atmosphere of calm and sophistication.

Aurea is balance and precision, a home that combines aesthetic serenity and contemporary functionality, in perfect harmony with the light and landscape of Calpe.
