Tiny Apartment is a 70 m2 home located in the Novaltea Building on the seafront in Altea. It is the result of a full renovation designed to optimize the available space to the greatest extent possible and enhance the natural brightness that comes with its privileged location facing the sea. The project transforms the original layout to create a functional, serene, and contemporary home where every element has been carefully designed to make the most of every square meter.

The home is organized around an open-plan daytime area that integrates the living room, dining room, and kitchen into a single continuous space, enhancing the sense of spaciousness and the visual connection with the terrace and the maritime landscape. The selection of light materials, combined with natural wood and neutral-toned details, brings warmth and balance, generating a welcoming and timeless atmosphere.

The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom, resolved through a simple and precise language in which integrated furniture and storage spaces are custom-designed to maintain visual clarity and improve functionality. In the bathroom, the use of soft textures, indirect lighting, and built-in elements reinforces the feeling of order and comfort, creating a calm and carefully crafted space.

Tiny is an exercise in synthesis and precision, in which architecture adapts to a compact scale without giving up spatial quality, resulting in a bright, practical, and elegant home designed to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle on the seafront in Altea.
