Tokio is a single-family home located at the highest point of Serra Gelada, in Benidorm.
The plot boasts the best panoramic views of the city skyline, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Illeta de Benidorm.

The house is developed over four floors:
The top floor, accessible both by foot and vehicle, contains the parking area, the core of vertical communication: a central metal stringer staircase and a black glass-paneled elevator; and a large open terrace serving as a solarium with unbeatable views.

The floor immediately below contains the night area: three spacious bedrooms with their respective dressing rooms and en suite bathrooms, as well as terraces, partly covered and partly uncovered, where the jacuzzi is located.

On the ground floor, we find the day area: a large living-dining-kitchen space facing directly towards the sea, as well as the outdoor area which includes a barbecue garden and a formidable infinity pool whose enclosures are made with plexi-glass, emulating the transparency of a “glass box”.

The basement is designated for various uses: a games room, massage room or bar, as well as housing facilities.

Notable in the house is the large central core that articulates the home, materialized in a volume clad in black, in addition to the large overhangs that shape the terraces and pergolas of the house.
