Venice is a single-family home located on the Costa Blanca, in Alicante.

The house consists of two floors with well-differentiated uses: on the ground floor are the daytime areas, with a large living-dining-kitchen space that extends outdoors through a linear platform made of concrete.

This floor is slightly raised from the natural ground and is completely surrounded by a perimeter water channel that merges with the pool.

On the upper floor is the night area, consisting of three bedrooms with their respective en suite bathrooms and terraces, some covered and others uncovered, allowing enjoyment of the sun offered by the Mediterranean climate.
