The Vértice house rises on a hillside with privileged sea views, where the architecture adapts to the terrain through a precise and bold geometric composition. Its design is based on an inclined main volume that defines the identity of the project and frames the horizon, giving it a distinctive and dynamic silhouette.

The architectural language is clean and contemporary, with a predominance of white surfaces and large glazed panels that open the house to the Mediterranean landscape. Natural stone walls anchor the building to the terrain, creating a balanced relationship between modern architecture and the materiality of its surroundings.

Vértice represents the meeting point between technique and emotion: a home that looks out to the sea with strength and serenity, where every line and plane responds to an idea of balance, light and horizon.
