VILLA AMUR

Detached House in Altea

Located in the Sierra de Altea, Villa Amur is a newly built minimalist home, featuring an Ibiza-style design with clearly differentiated volumes.

Among these, the volume formed by the dining-kitchen space stands out, lined with natural stone and connected to the outdoor area through a solid wood pergola covered with reed matting.

Due to the slope of the plot and the direction of the views, a through-house design is created:

The main rooms have facades facing two orientations, allowing them to look out to the northern views while also taking advantage of the sun and light offered by the southern orientation.

The pool, located on a lower level, is positioned at a sufficient distance from the house so that the shadows cast by it do not reach it.

The house is built on two floors, with all the living spaces on the upper floor, leaving the lower level for the basement-facilities and the large terrace that houses a large infinity pool.
