Villa Sinaia is located in a unique enclave, atop the mountain that divides Pedreguer and Calpe.

The area is known for its tranquility and wonderful views over the mountain of Pedreguer.

The habitable area of the house is developed on a single floor and consists of a large living-dining-kitchen space, as well as four bedrooms, two of them with en suite bathrooms.

In the outdoor area, there is a terrace, part uncovered and part pergola-covered with a large overhang made of concrete and wood, and various landscaped areas, among which the one containing the barbecue area stands out.
