Zera is a single-family home built in 1983, in a well-known urbanization in the Sierra de Altea, and renovated in 2020.

The aim of the project was to renovate the deteriorated image of the building, carrying out a complete rehabilitation.

The result is a contemporary, efficient home adapted to the needs of the clients.
